Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Reports to Contents Supervisor
Supervises all contents technicians, related temporary labor and any content related subcontractors
Complete responsibility for serving as the working on-site job supervisor
Professionally represent the PDR principles of honesty and integrity
Conduct all communication with the homeowner while at job site
Take job site pictures prior to starting pack-out
Inventory input. This person will also be labeling the boxes, they need to have a good understanding of how the items being packed into any particular box are going to be cleaned so the box can be labeled accordingly for routing
Coordinate and direct assigned techs
Ability to make decisions about salvageability/cleanability of items in question
Complete homeowner paperwork or daily job documentation as necessary
Proficient utilization of applicable cleaning equipment
Clean and process affected contents
Repackage cleaned contents
Show up clean, work clean, clean up after yourself and leave your work area cleaner than when you arrive
Restock supplies
Proactive communication with homeowners, technicians, estimator, management and other PDR team members
Jobsite security and safety
On call responsibilities as determined by management
Catastrophe coverage as determined by management
Competency – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Knowledge of our main operating systems; RMS and Xactimate
Customer Service Skills
Communication skills
Typing skills
Administration skills
Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems
Ability to answer and communicate with customers over the phone and face to face
Ability to work office equipment (fax, scanner, printer, phone system, computers)
Ability to work independently
Ability to work in a team environment and develop staff
Comfortable operating large vehicles (DOT is a plus!) CDL not required

Back ground with moving companies or storage facilities
Managing people
Customer service
Experience with water damage, mold, fire, smoke and restoration work is a plus!
Pay: $16-$20 per hour depending on experience
