Position: Project Coordinator

Reports to: Office Operations Manager

Managing systems and knowing where projects are at are essential to smooth operations and the health growth of a business. This role is the “heart” of the operation information in and out internally and externally.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Support, facilitate, and coordinate the work of multiple project teams and Project Managers

Serve as primary point of contact with external vendor representatives, insurance adjusters, project managers, and customers

Assemble emergency services estimates

Complete and track contracts, invoices, submittals, and estimates

Provide timely project status updates to Project Managers

Maintain project work schedules and files

Facilitate customer warranty and satisfaction surveys

Secure client payments
