    The Carpenter acts as the backbone of the entire project overseeing the work performance of each of the reconstruction crew members, sub-contractors and suppliers. This is a position of great responsibility, requiring complete and thorough technical knowledge of the construction process and also, strongest possible focus on quality and crew workmanship. You will be the leader of your reconstruction crew and responsible for the projects smooth organization, implementation and completion, to the satisfaction of the client and Paul Davis of West County.

    The Carpenter responsibilities span a broad spectrum, covering all the areas of project management like- Project Planning, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Management, and Contract Administration, Safety Management and time card and material receipt tracking for the company job folders.

    Put "First Class" customer service, Project Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Safety above all else.

    Operate all company equipment in a safe and respectful manner. (Vehicle, Tools, Etc.)

    Adopt a "Do the right thing at the right time" attitude towards all aspects of your job and be good citizens within the community.

    Come to work each and every workday prepared for work, free of drugs or alcohol, and at the scheduled time.

    Show a very high level of respect for ALL customers, and fellow team members employees and vendors and the property of customers.

    Ensure that construction activities move according to predetermined schedule.

    You Are:

    A Strong Communicator

    A Team player with a great attitude

    Able to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs and exert medium/heavy force frequently

    Able to climb, balance, crouch, reach, and kneel on a daily basis

    Detail Oriented

    Computer literate and able to be flexible and learn multiple systems and programs

    Able to pass a background check with no criminal background

    Able to work a flexible schedule including occasional weekends

    You have:

    A Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record

    High School Diploma or GED

    Construction Experience with a restoration company previously is a plus

    Computer literate
