    Paul Davis Restoration of San Fernando Valley is looking for a professional and energetic Business Development Manager to support growth initiatives. The position will be based in their Northridge office and will be responsible for client and market research, growing the Paul Davis Brand both digitally and traditionally, event planning, event attendance, database administration and other sales & marketing objectives. The ideal candidate for this position will be both creative and detail orientated.

    Hours/Week: Full-time

    Compensation: Base Pay + Bonus

    Reports to: Owner/GM

    Location: San Fernando Valley

    Position Summary:

    • To increase awareness of the Paul Davis brand

    • To promote the services of Paul Davis

    • To build industry relationships

    Responsibilities:

    • Build strong relationships with current and potential commercial and residential clients through one-on-one visits, organized events, and cold calling

    • Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits

    • Collaborate with Franchisor Director of Sales & Marketing on quarterly strategy to build brand awareness and meet revenue goals

    • Ensure staff uses the Paul Davis brand correctly in accordance with Brand Standards

    • Utilize marketing technology software to upload CRM contacts, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes

    • Manage social media accounts, post relative content and graphics, monitor all reviews and feedback and reply/ follow-up accordingly

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ Years of sales experience, preferably in restoration

    • Strong verbal and written communications

    • Franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience ideal

    • Experience working with a CRM preferred
