    What does a Contents Cleaning Technician with Paul Davis do?

    Serve others within your community in their time of need

    Make a difference for others that have had a disaster strike their property

    Work hard and take pride in completing projects (i.e. Contents cleaning, inventorying, packing and moving of items after a fire or flood damage, etc.)

    Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology

    Hourly pay range: $12.00 to $18.00/hour based on experience, qualification and certifications

    Team Qualifications (Requirements):

    Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude

    Dedication to customer service

    Fluent in English

    Clean criminal background check (NO felonies and/or Major misdemeanors)

    Ability to pass initial & random drug testing

    Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

    Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed

    Ability to lift 50 LBS frequently or team lift heavier items

    Able to pass a respirator fit test

    Able to pass a physical examination/testing

    Desire to continually learn new things

    Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):

    High level performance of heavy & detailed residential/facility structural cleaning

    Able to work on tall/high ladders or in small tight spaces

    High level performance of highly detailed / heavy cleaning of personal property items (i.e. Laundry, furniture, figurines, books, toys, dishware, misc. household contents, etc.)

    Work at the direction of the Lead Technicians and supervisor(s)

    Set up work stations, including assembling boxes

    Proficient utilization of smart devices and applications within smart devices; i.e. i-pads.

    Assist in identifying damaged items

    Gather, sort, pack affected contents

    Professionally inventory personal property items, package/box items, tag items, move/relocate items, clean items

    Clean and process affected contents

    Proficient utilization of applicable cleaning equipment & Systems

    Repackage cleaned contents

    Proactive communication with management and team leaders

    Show up clean, work clean, leave work area cleaner than it was when you arrived, and clean up after yourself

    Restock supplies

    Job site security and safety

    Professionally represent the PD principles of honesty and integrity

    Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.

    Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized facility and truck and maintain all company equipment.

    Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.

    Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary as well on job-site tasks.

    You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.
