BASIC FUNCTIONS: Responds to all activities of emergency services and assists in mitigation and contents restoration tasksKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Professionally represent the Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity.
Respond to every emergency loss during business hours.
Assist in work on Emergency Water Services (to include extraction, implementing drying plans, and performing necessary demolition).
Assist in work on Contents Services (to include packing and unpacking personal items, moving furniture, inventorying items, and cleaning items).
Communicates with Supervisors.
Performs on-call rotation as needed.
Completes jobs successfully and in a timely manner.
Assists in general maintenance of equipment and facility.
Able to climb a ladder.
Able to lift at least 75 pounds.
Able to work in confined spaces.
Able to work around a variety of chemicals without any adverse reaction or sensitivity.
Required High School diploma or equivalency, valid Driver’s License, copy of current driving history issued by DMV
Proficient utilization of smart devices and applications within smart devices; i.e. i-pads.
Assist in identifying damaged items
Gather, sort, pack affected contents
Proficient utilization of applicable cleaning equipment & Systems
Repackage cleaned contents
Proactive communication with management and team leaders
Show up clean, work clean, leave work area cleaner than it was when you arrived, and clean up after yourself
Professionally represent the PD principles of honesty and integrity
Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary as well on job-site tasks.
