Exterior Restoration Estimator and Project Manager
Basic Functions:
Supports overall marketing by building relationships with adjusters, agents, property managers, and other direct referral sources.
Supervises and responds to all activities of restoration and reconstruction work related primarily to Exterior Storm Damage, but also can include fire damage, water damage, mold or other related unexpected catastrophes.
Estimates job scope, signs contract and secures agreed price
Works with adjusters to come to a settlement amount that is fair for all parties involved.
Schedules and supervise projects assigned to successful completion.
Supports Reconstruction Team with Estimating & Project Management outside of exterior jobs as the need arises.
Oversees and drives all activities related to Accounts Receivable on assigned jobs.
Supports Trades Team recruiting, productivity, retention, and development.
Basic Requirements:
5 years of experience in Estimating, preferably in Restoration
Experience with Xactimate Software
High School Diploma or equivalent
Associates or Bachelor’s degree a plus but not required
Highly Organized
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple things to completion.
High level Communicator
High aptitude in Microsoft office

Overall Duties Include:
Calls on adjusters, property managers and other direct referral sources to support overall marketing.
Receive loss assignments.
Work directly with mitigation staff to contact and be on-site in as timely of fashion as deemed appropriate.
Achieve a closing ratio of seventy-five (75%) or higher
Prepares and estimates an accurate scope within 2 business days, signs contract and secures agreed price in a timely fashion.
Sets an appropriate payment schedule as outlined in the work authorization.
Monitors and drives the collections of all Paul Davis accounts receivables from Customers and Insurance companies.
Coordinates, monitors and supervises customer/homeowner quality service on a day to day basis as planned with the Project Manager, subcontractors, and the Customers.
Schedule and complete work orders to include: pre-construction on-site meeting when appropriate, sequencing, timing, master scheduling, and trades assignments.
Start job in a timely manner and manages job to a speedy conclusion.
Secure necessary permits and inspections.
Ensure that all QA/Warranty work on an ongoing basis is completed as it arises.
Inspect all assigned projects for progress and insuring they meet quality standards.
Maintain documentation through RMS notes & otherwise on personal inspections and project flow.
Recruit, on-board and retain necessary levels of sub-contractors and vendors to complete projects in a timely fashion.
Inspect for and ensure proper safety measures are being followed on and off jobsites.
Deliver job file for closing.
Maintain professionalism with project conditions: (i.e.: workmanship, homeowner relationships, safety, cleanliness, and trades people conduct).
Provides input to other management based on observations from the field
Deliver necessary paperwork and maintain relationship with insurer.
Deliver necessary paperwork to property owner and secure contract.
Deliver necessary paperwork to administrative department.
Facilitate coordination with mortgage company when necessary to receive funds.
Professionally represent the PDR vision, mission, values, ten serving basics and brand promise.
Complete special assignments as requested by Supervisor
Participates in emergency services when an “All hands on deck” scenario arises.
Participate in on-going problem solving and practicing continuous improvement of the department and company as a whole.
Participate in Paul Davis social events, Goal Setting and Review, All Team Meetings and as many other opportunities as possible to engage with the rest of the team.
