We are currently seeking an Emergency Services Coordinator for our Mitigation department for our Lancaster location.
Emergency Services Coordinator Duties
New Assignments – Receive phone calls from all new property losses. Be the main point of contact for property owners throughout the process.
Enter New Losses – Primary responsibility of entering new emergency losses into internal restoration software. Acquire all pertinent information necessary for emergencies. Contact mitigation immediately to handle emergency losses. Enter policyholder information in system.
Create Emergency Loss Files
Input Emergency Estimates – Responsible for data entry of emergency estimates into Xactimate, entering pictures into Word, and completeness of mitigation paperwork.
Submit Estimates – Responsible for obtaining Mitigation Manager’s approval on all emergency estimates and faxing/mailing/uploading the estimate to the adjuster. Also responsible for coordinating sending the emergency estimate with the reconstruct, if required by the insurance company.
Adjuster Approval – Follow-up with the adjuster and receive approval for the emergency estimate.
Invoicing and Receiving Payments – the Mitigation Coordinator will invoice for all emergency estimates.
Assist the Mitigation Manager in dispatching of the Field Staff.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills
Experience with customer service, primarily over the phone
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience working in Quickbooks
Must be able to multitask
Sound planning and organizational skills
Job Requirements
Must be able to work on call (rotation of nights and weekends)
Must be able to work independently
Must have a valid Driver's License
Must pass a Criminal Background Check
This is a full time Administrative position within our Lancaster office. Hours are 7:30AM-5:00PM, with an on call rotation.
