(More information about Paul Davis can be found at www.PaulDavis.com) The Restoration Project Supervisor is responsible for managing residential and commercial reconstruction projects and ensuring growth and development of subcontractors. The Restoration Project Supervisor is responsible for a successful completion of the project on time and within budget.Description

    On call work will be required 3-4 times a year for a week

    Participate in job reviews and monitoring of pipeline movement

    Establish and adhere to project schedules

    Visit job sites throughout the life cycle of the job

    Develop and maintain a well-qualified pool of sub-contractors and vendors

    Ensure all work by the Sub Contractors and Paul Davis employees is done following company safety procedures and professional standards

    Collect all necessary documentation at the close of the job

    Follow-up with the customer throughout life cycle of job

    Maintain customer satisfaction as determined by completed satisfaction surveys

    Responsible for being the first contact with on call

    Responsibility for adhering to the PDO Health & Safety Program

    Participate in local company efforts to be the "expert" in the industry

    Maintain contact/relationships with key customers

    Seek alliances to improve performance

    Support staff in key client situations and events

    Meet or exceed compliance to Carrier Program Service Level Agreements

    Meet or exceed property owner expectations for communication and service

    Meet and maintain Net Promoter Score minimum monthly average pf 60

    Close the Loop 100% of the time with 24 hours

    Competency - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)

    Knowledge of our main operating systems; RMS and

    Customer Service Skills

    Communication skills

    Typing skills

    Administration skills

    Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems

    Ability to create documents

    Ability to answer and communicate with customers over the phone and face to face

    Ability to work office equipment (fax, scanner, printer, phone system, computers)

    Ability to work independently

    Ability to work in a team environment and develop staff

    Ability to coordinate multiple jobs within the same time frame

    Ability to operate our main operating systems

    Ability to pass maintain an acceptable background check and motor vehicle record check

    Required Education and Experience

    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience

    Two plus years' experience in restoration or construction as a Project Supervisor, Lead, Foreman

    Preferred Education and Experience

    Industry Certifications (IICRC and Lead)

    Experience as a Construction Supervisor

    Physical Requirement

    Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 50% of the time

    The person in this position needs to frequently move about a customer job site (indoors and outdoors)

    Occasionally ascends and descends a ladder to service customer sites

    Constantly positions self to move about job sites

    The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

    Occasionally operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as calculator, fax machine, copy machine and computer printer

    Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents

    Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone and face to face

    Occasionally will lift up to 60lbs

    Ability to safely operate a company vehicle

    Work Environment

    The employee will be working indoors and outdoors. The employee will be exposed to air conditioning and heat. The employee will be exposed to outdoor weather conditionsTravel This position will require local travel to jobs sites (40 miles radius). Must have a valid drivers license
