Project Supervisor

Right now, Paul Davis Restoration of Omaha needs an "A" Players to join our project reconstruction team! Are you determined, compassionate, and responsible? Responsibilities Include:

Developing schedules for jobs and trades to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.

Coordinating the work and activities of others by working with owners, trades, and internal resources.

Inspect job site to determine progress and perform quality assurance.

Manage budget, job schedule, trades, customer selection, and expectations.

Use Estimating and Project Management tools to manage and keep internal/external customers informed as it relates to progress and general status of the jobs.

Desired Skills and Experience:

1-3 years in construction management field experience required

Experience with Xactimate estimating software and IICRC certification helpful, not required

Preference is given to those with a passion to “Restore Lives”

Degree in construction management or similar construction experience is preferred;not required.

WE OFFER:

Competitive Salary: $45,000-$60,000 (depending on experience)
