A Commercial Business Development Representative will be responsible for growing awareness of Paul Davis and building relationships in the commercial construction community with organizations that utilize restoration services.

Description/Responsibilities

Build key relationships within the construction and restoration community to generate business leads

Possess understanding of product positioning and marketing

Maintain a sense of urgency in creating and following up with leads

Communicate the various service offerings to potential customers

Attend business related events within the community

Serve as the lead for special campaigns and assignments

Compile and communicate progress reports

Coordinate and participate in seminars, tradeshows and other industry events

Develop a business plan in partnership with Paul Davis leadership to achieve profitability goals

Education/Experience

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred or related experience

Three to five years of B2B sales experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM applications

Preferred

Experience with industry software

B2B sales experience in construction, restoration or related field
