    Responsibilities:

    Generate leads by building relationships with insurance carriers, agents, and adjusters

    Promote all services offered by Paul Davis Restoration

    Schedule and visit insurance customers, attending networking functions and trade shows

    Manage marketing programs and utilize technology software for CRM, email campaigns, and sales tracking

    Attend training courses and conferences

    Coordinate community events, charitable activities, and Continuing Education courses

    Collaborate with the franchisor, read weekly communications, and schedule consistent meetings with the Regional Marketing Manager

    Perform other duties as needed

    Requirements:

    Proven ability to close sales

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Strategic thinking and project management ability

    Excellent organizational and computer skills (Internet, Microsoft Office)

    Independent, personable, and self-directed

    Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications preferred

    Minimum three years of sales experience in the insurance industry preferred

    Franchise, restoration, or construction/home improvement experience is a plus
