    Reports To: Director of Marketing

    Territory: Hickory, NC, through the mountain region NC

    Summary:

    Generate leads through insurance carriers, insurance agents, and insurance adjusters

    Promote all services offered by Paul Davis Restoration

    Build industry relationships while creating awareness for the Paul Davis Restoration brand

    Responsibilities:

    Build strong relationships with insurance carriers, agents and adjusters through face to face visits and organized events.

    Organize and schedule a calendar of insurance customer visits

    Utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes

    Collaborate with the business owner, read weekly communications, and schedule consistent meetings with the Director of Marketing & Sales Manager

    Attend business networking functions to promote the business

    Coordinate and manage community and charitable events

    Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a needed basis

    Skills and Knowledge:

    Strong verbal and written communications

    Ability to meet sales goals

    Previous experience working for an insurance company, understanding policies, Coverage, Draw schedules, extracting leads and understand the different types of territories.

    Strategic thinking and planning

    Project management and multitasking capability

    Strong organizational skills

    Strong computer skills- Microsoft Office

    Qualifications:

    Minimum 3+ years’ sales experience in the insurance industry

    Franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement experience is a plus

    Clean driving record to travel within the territory

    Hours/Week: Full-time, 40+ hours

    Compensation:

    Strong base salary commensurate with experience- plus commission

    Medical, dental and vision coverage offered

    Cell phone and computer provided by company

    $50,000-70,000 base salary, plus commission based on experience
