Paul Mitchell The School Las Vegas is seeking a qualified Operations Leader to join our family! The ideal candidate will have a strong management background and the ability to juggle the operational demands of a busy, high-energy cosmetology school. OPERATIONS LEADER ROLE The Operations Leader possesses proficient managerial and organizational skills for working with issues related to the facility, human resources, and bookkeeping. PRIMARY DUTIES: Inspects inventory Approves purchase orders and place any orders needed Enters A/R, A/P and oversees department budgets Assists in HR duties such as new hire paperwork, termination, processing payroll and file maintenance. Assists with monthly and annual audits. Coordinate travel arrangements, special events and works on a variety of projects Assists different departments with administrative needs Conducts routine inspection of the school facilities and works with vendors to resolve any maintenance issues Maintains business and state licenses SKILLS REQUIRED:
JOB TYPE: Full-time PAY: $40,000.00 - $45,000 per year
