Job Summary

Paul Mitchell the school Birmingham is in search of a high energy, organized individual with a passion for the cosmetology industry to run our Color Bar station. We are looking for someone who has experience with multitasking in a fast-paced environment, who has Paul Mitchell Product Knowledge, who is clean and orderly with integrity and attention to detail.

Job Duties Include:

Keeping the Color Bar clean and tidy at all times

Keep things organized and well stocked within the Color Bar

Wash and fold towels (multiple loads a day)

Assist with mixing color formulas for Future Professionals

Cross train with the front desk to cover lunches/absences which includes: Checking guests in/out, running a cash register, answering phone calls and booking appointments)

Assist with inventory management alongside the Service/Sales Leader

Looking for candidate with open availability and flexible hours

Qualifications:

Proven experience in the cosmetology/beauty industry

Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance

Friendly, customer-oriented personality

Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail

Able to work quickly without compromising quality

Able to be on your feet all day
