RESPONSIBILITIES Position entails- Providing excellent customer service to our clients including

• Cross selling
• Processing policy changes
• Answering billing questions
• Processing payments
• Quoting and writing new business
• other normal insurance office duties.

REQUIREMENTS Requirements- The ideal Customer Service Professional will have: • High school diploma required • Willingness to get insurance licenses, Property & Casualty and Life and Health within 60 days of start date • PRIOR INSURANCE EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED   • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills • Good computer skills including the ability to quickly learn new systems • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Positive attitude and genuine desire to want to help clients • Works well independently and in a team environment • Dependable and available to work normal business hours
