You are a natural born leader and can get things done as well as inspiring others to get things done! Scheduling, managing, and billing experience and professional appearance must.

    Job Description:

    • Team player
    • Patient education
    • Insurance verification
    • Billing and posting payments
    • Marketing (internal/external)
    • Follow-up calls with insurance companies
    • Answering phones
    • Scheduling appointments
    • Collecting payments
    • Recalls/reactivation for existing patients
    • Mail and email
    • Spreadsheets
    • Stats and stat reporting
    • Inventory purchasing and sales
    • Support staff to Doctor and back office
    • other tasks as assigned by doctor

    Bonus Points:

    • Massage/physical therapy skills
    • Bi-Lingual
    • Chiropractic clinic experience

    FIRM INGREDIENT- MUST be upbeat, outgoing, high energy, positive attitude, able to read and learn quickly, and be a team player!

    $15 to $18 per hour based on experience
