HOW YOU’LL HAVE AN IMPACT AT PAULA’S CHOICE: This position is responsible for management of consumer data, creating customer lifetime value, decile and cohort models, analyzing data and developing insights to drive strategic business decisions.
AS A DATA ANALYST, A TYPICAL DAY MIGHT INCLUDE A MIX OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Develop methodology for lifecycle, life time value, churn and retention models
- Interrupt data to formulate customer insights to drive strategic business goals
- Establish data and prioritize data collection across Enterprise and work with customer database and CRM software partner
- Develop customer segmentation for loyalty and catalog programs
- Rigorous monitoring and evaluation of CRM campaigns and activities in order to measure ROI and enable continuous improvement in consumer acquisition and retention initiatives
- Contribute to the development and optimization of an in house attribution model
- Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager
THE DETAILS:
Location: We are based in Seattle, but open to this role being fully remote
Hours: Typically regular PST business hours, will require some flexibility
Physical requirements: Ability to both sit and be in front of a screen for long periods
Travel requirements: NA
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 2+ years experience in a consumer marketing analytical role
- 2+ years experience with database marketing A/B testing experience
- 2+ years experience with customer Marketing analytics with expertise in digital marketing, loyalty program and direct marketing including catalog
- 2+ years experience with Loyalty Program measurement and reporting
- 2+ years experience with direct marketing including catalog
- Proven and effective trouble shooting/problem solving skills
- Strong data analytics including decile, regression, churn and cohort modeling
- Above average strategic thinking
- Outstanding communications skills – both oral and written – including presentation skills to executive leadership
- Intermediate/advanced SQL skills
- Intermediate/advanced Power BI skills
- Intermediate to expert level skill in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
