    HOW YOU’LL HAVE AN IMPACT AT PAULA’S CHOICE:  This position is responsible for the collection of website data, building reporting dashboards, and developing insights to drive strategic decisions 

     

    AS A TEMPORARY DATA ANALYST, DTC, A TYPICAL DAY MIGHT INCLUDE A MIX OF THE FOLLOWING:

    • Interpreting data to formulate customer insights
    • Partnering with the website team to execute and measure A/B tests
    • Developing customer segments for testing
    • Contribute to the development and optimization of an in-house attribution model
    • Developing and maintaining website personalization initiatives
    • Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager

     

     

     

    THE DETAILS:

    Location: We are based in Seattle, but open to this role being fully remote

    Hours: Typically regular PST business hours, will require some flexibility

    Physical requirements: Ability to both sit and be in front of a screen for long periods

    Travel requirements: NA

     

    WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE: 

    • Experience in a closely related role that includes a combination of the following:
      1. 2+ years consumer marketing analytical role
      2. 2+ years experience with database marketing A/B testing experience
      3. 2+ years experience with customer Marketing analytics with expertise in digital marketing, loyalty program and direct marketing including catalog
      4. 2+ years experience with Loyalty Program measurement and reporting
      5. 2+ years experience with direct marketing including catalog
    • Above average strategic thinking
    • Experience in Javascript
    • Outstanding communications skills – both oral and written – including presentation skills to executive leadership
    • Intermediate/advanced SQL skills 
    • Intermediate/advanced Power BI skills
    • Intermediate/advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel 
    • Basic Power Point Skills

     

    WHAT CAN HELP YOU REALLY STAND OUT: 

    • Experience with Python and R
    • Advanced Power BI skills
    • Website code experience – PHP,HTML,CSS
