Benefits for full-time employees include: • Competitive compensation featuring additional bonuses • Sign-on bonus available • Comprehensive health and dental insurance coverage • Continuing education stipend • Performance-based bonuses • Generous paid time off policy • 401k plan • Base salary with commission bonus after 90 days and potential salary increase • Ongoing support with weekly case consultation meetings and individual supervision Responsibilities: • Conduct intake sessions with clients to assess and diagnose their mental health needs • Deliver customized mental health services to individuals of different age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults, utilizing evidence-based practices • Adhere to regulations and policies by accurately documenting client information • Attend monthly staff meetings and engage in case consultations to ensure effective collaboration and support • Maintain a caseload of at least 25 sessions per week, offering flexibility in work hours for individuals who prefer working later in the day • Collaborate with practice staff and external professionals to enhance client care and outcomes • Foster clear and effective communication with both clients and colleagues • Ensure timely submission of required paperwork Qualifications: • Excellent problem-solving skills are required for this position • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are essential • A master's degree in the mental health field is a must-have qualification • Previous experience in outpatient therapy is preferred • Knowledge of evidence-based practices is necessary • Flexibility to work nights or weekends is required • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team is important • Must possess the capability to learn and understand technology with moderate ease Compensation: $70,000 at plan based on licensure
