Your duties will involve creating and executing evidence-based treatment plans, conducting clinician training, supporting the clinicians at the practice, providing supervision hours for pre-licensed clinicians, and delivering comprehensive therapeutic services to our clients. Responsibilities: • Provide therapy services to assigned clients, adhering to evidence-based practices and ethical guidelines, with a minimum of 15 sessions per week. • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, incorporating measurable objectives and appropriate goals. • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care and outcomes for clients. • Continuously monitor treatment progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans throughout the therapy process. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client evaluations, treatment plans, and progress summaries. • Collaborate with external sources to create training programs tailored to the needs of the practice. • Provide supervision to the clinical team and sign off on all documentation for pre-licensed clinicians Qualifications: • Must have an LMHC license. • Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience. • Strong knowledge and experience in outpatient mental health services are essential for this role. • The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of licensure regulations. • A passion for working with clients and wanting to help therapists grow in their work.
