Pavement Crew Member - $25+/hour in Richmond, VA. No experience needed.

Earn $25/hr+ doing hands-on work where you can see exactly what you accomplished every day. EverLine Coatings of Richmond stripes parking lots, seal asphalt, and maintain commercial properties across RVA. We are a growing crew and looking for our next teammate.

What the job is:

You will work outdoors on commercial properties - painting parking lot lines, filling cracks, applying sealcoat. Physical & satisfying work - you will leave each day knowing you made the place look better. You will be trained on all equipment.

What we are looking for:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift 75 lbs and work outdoors

Show up on time, work hard, take pride in your work

Towing experience is a plus but not required

Plan and execute projects with attention to detail & quality

Communicate well as part of a close-knit, high-performing crew
