We are seeking a Pavement Maintenance Technician Lead for our crew. As the Team Lead , you will perform a wide variety of projects for various clients across the city.

Job Summary

As a Crew Lead Pavement Maintenance Technician, you will not only utilize our specialized equipment to apply materials to pavement surfaces but also oversee on-site operations and lead your crew to ensure we provide maximum value for our clients' pavement assets. You will be the primary point of contact on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead and mentor a field crew to ensure high-quality execution of line painting, asphalt crack filling, seal coating, and power washing.

Supervise the job site, ensuring all work meets EverLine’s high standards and "DRIVEN" principles.

Plan and facilitate the production of high-quality projects from start to finish.

Coordinate daily tasks and communicate job status clearly with the Operations Manager.

Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site and ensure all team members follow safety protocols.

Perform equipment maintenance and ensure the crew has the necessary materials for each shift.

Additional leadership and technical tasks as required.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING

A Texas or State driver’s license with a clean driving record (Driver’s Abstract is required) and a reliable mode of transportation

You are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve

You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail

Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs)

Ability to work well independently unsupervised

Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset

An Engineering educational background is an asset
