Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking team members with experience in developing software and solutions for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
Primary Responsibilities:
Design, adapt, test, and implement features and reports in ERP software
Discuss business requirements with users and management
Document business practice workflows and data structures
Develop solutions within a professional source code management framework
Ensure database schema is structured to optimize query response time
Report on a regular basis on tasks completed and in progress
Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or comparable degree
Must have experience with Python 2/3 and PostgreSQL
Experience developing software in teams larger than seven people
Preference working as
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Desired Skills:
Proven ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and identify solutions.
Strong attention-to-detail, organizational skills, time management skills, and proven ability to meet deadlines with thorough follow through
Experience in the Telecommunication industry
OpenERP (Odoo) software development experience is beneficial
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, MySQL, Linux, and Docker
Experience with Agile/Scrum and source control systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio and Teams.
