    Pawnee County Memorial Hospital /Rural Health Clinic has an immediate position available for a full time Human Resources Business Partner. This position contributes to the fulfillment of the PCMH mission and vision by working closely with leadership to strategically identify Human Resource needs for the organization. Serves on the organizations Senior Leadership team providing guidance to leaders on all aspects of Human Resource programs and policies. Facilitates both leadership and staff-level training and developmental opportunities. Serves as a resource for risk mitigation pertaining to Human Resources laws and regulations. This is a Monday – Friday position with excellent salary and benefits package. Job Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field • Knowledge of all applicable laws and regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, ERISA) • Proven ability to make oral presentations and facilitate small group training • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Practices excellent active listening skills • Ability to relate well with employees at all levels of the organization • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in daily and long-term assignments • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information • Sound judgment, strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Self-motivated, well organized, and detail oriented • Computer proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel & Power Point) • Previous HR experience required (2 years) • Previous healthcare leadership experience preferred Job Responsibilities: • Works with management to understand the leadership operational needs and plans • Coaches managers and employees at all levels on a variety of topics including leadership, job duties and responsibilities • Develops, implements, and coordinates a comprehensive annual employee performance platform • Participates in the delivery of skills training • Performs employee relation services for the organization to ensure a fair, equitable, and compliant environment and process • Administers, plans, guides, and maintains the compensation program for the hospital Apply at www.pawneehospital.com Pawnee County Memorial Hospital is an Equal Opportunity Employer
