Pawnee County Memorial Hospital /Rural Health Clinic has an immediate position available for a full time Facility Manager. This position plans, organizes and manages the maintenance involving the operations of buildings, equipment and hospital grounds in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility. Coordinates, delegates and works with employees within the maintenance department. Establishes preventative maintenance schedules, and approves orders for equipment, parts and supplies. Directs safety programs to detect and minimize organizational hazards. Oversees Emergency Preparedness and Emergency Medical Services system in accordance with the mission, vision and values of Pawnee County Memorial Hospital. Excellent salary and benefits package. Job Qualifications:  Independent problem-solving skills and self-directed work experience required  High School Diploma or GED required  Certificate from college or tech school; or six months experience preferred  Must possess the ability to physically perform duties  Previous experience in a supervisory position preferred  EMS experience preferred  Good verbal and written communication skills required  Ability to maintain confidentiality required Job Responsibilities:  Oversees day-to-day operations, which includes problem solving issues and insuring effective processing  Guides and directs all activities related to facility maintenance and facility construction projects  Maintains a clean, safe and comfortable environment throughout the facility  Manages departmental financial operations  Manages and practices the proper safety, fire and disaster procedures of the facility  Oversees the Emergency Preparedness and Emergency Medical Services system based on established goals and objectives Apply at www.pawneehospital.com Pawnee County Memorial Hospital is an Equal Opportunity Employer
