Location: Phoenix, AZ
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $19.50 – $22.00/hour
Schedule: 4-day work week (10-hour shifts), various start times available

Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. As a driver, you will be responsible for delivering packages to residential and commercial customers along a pre-planned route using a company-branded vehicle. No CDL required!
What You'll Do
- Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle (cargo van)
- Deliver 250–300 packages per shift across a designated route
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies
- Use a handheld device to scan packages and navigate routes
- Communicate professionally with customers when needed
- Load and organize packages at the start of each shift
- Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after each route
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Prior delivery experience is a plus but not required — we provide full training!
