Role Description : As a Payless Power Customer Service Call Center Representative, you will be the face and voice guiding our customers. Whether it’s managing requests, processing payments, or explaining policies.

Work From Home: After completing New Hire Orientation and Training . Candidates must reside in the Dallas- Fort Worth metroplex. You can enjoy working from home if you are meeting the position expectations.

Compensation: Bilingual Spanish Customer Service: $16.50/hour English Customer Service : $15.50/hour After 90 days, subject to meeting specific metrics, a potential $0.50 raise.

Responsibilities and Metrics:

• Act as customers' primary point of contact, handling their requests and payments.
• Communication effectively with the management team.
• Uphold professional standards.
• Achieve department metrics and KPIs.
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to the schedule.
• Aim for high-quality assurance scores.
• Ensure legal disclosures are communicated accurately.
• Manage calls, de-escalations, and hold time.
• Minimize after-call work and excessive unavailable time.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Experience in inbound/outbound call centers or related customer service roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, notably Word and Excel, and internal navigation.
• Fluent command of English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Successful background screening.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• The employee may be on the telephone with customers for several hours without a break. Handling a large volume of calls in a timely manner is essential to this position.
• Frequently use of hands for typing and reaching.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• This role routinely uses standard office equipment while performing the essential functions of this job.
