Job Description
The Payment Processing Specialist is responsible for accurately and efficiently handling various types of currency payment instructions, both manual (e.g., fax) and automated (e.g., SWIFT, BBH Worldview). The role is fast-paced and deadline-driven, requiring adherence to firm policies, risk controls, and quality standards. Responsibilities also include using systems like Keystone and Rightfax, processing inquiries, and collaborating across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- BA in Business or Finance (or related experience)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Strong typing ability
- Knowledge of USD/foreign currency payments, Keystone, and Rightfax preferred
