Job Description:
- Support the Accounting Manager in the efficient and accurate management of the payroll department's financial operations.
- Accounts payable, financial reconciliations, payroll tax compliance and general ledger management.
- Process and review invoices, reconcile vendor statements to verify the accuracy of accounts payable and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end close process by preparing journal entries and liability account reconciliations, collaborate with senior peers on projects and possess a commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and integrity in all financial processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards and provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving, analysis, and good judgement.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in large ERP accounting software and intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills and strong working knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications.
