RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing an international advisory firm that is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Manager for a 5-month engagement based in Coral Gables (on-site, full-time, immediate start).
This role will support ongoing payroll operations and benefits administration during a leave of absence, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuity across HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and employee support
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company payroll and benefits regulations
- Partner with HR and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records
- Support audits, reporting, and process improvements within payroll and benefits functions
