Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at EcoWater Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting our financial operations. Your contributions will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission of delivering top-quality water treatment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Perform account reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Process accounts receivable and manage invoicing to ensure timely payments.
• Assist in payroll processing and maintain payroll records accurately.
• Prepare budgets and assist in financial forecasting as needed.
• Utilize 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry and reporting.
• Clerical responsibilities, as needed.

Requirements

• Quick Books (+)
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with balance sheet reconciliation and account reconciliation processes.
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Maintaining a can-do attitude for a variety of task.

Pay: $22-$26 per hour
