    We are seeking a skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our team. In this role, your aim is to ensure employees are compensated accurately and promptly. Your responsibilities will include processing timesheets, updating records, overseeing payroll payments, and answering payroll-related questions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and familiar with payroll processes and related legislation.

    Responsibilities

    Process payroll-related documents

    Review payroll information for accuracy and completeness

    Communicate with the human resources team regarding any changes or updates in employee information

    Monitor the electronic payment system and paycheck distribution

    Maintain up-to-date salary information

    Process annual bonuses, severance pay, and other compensations or deductions

    Qualifications

    Previous experience as a Payroll Coordinator is a must

    Understanding of the payroll process and related legislation and regulations

    Proficient in Excel and ADP software

    Highly organized with an eye for detail

    This is a remote position.
