Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth through proactive networking, outbound outreach, and referral generation in your region.
- Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their payroll and HR needs.
- Develop and present tailored solutions that align with client goals and capabilities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product implementation and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide informed recommendations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience with a relentless "Hunter" mentality.
