Fulfill day-to-day functions of the payroll service team including but not limited to: Dimensions timecard maintenance, Workday HRIS data integrity, accurate payroll process management via UltiPro, time accrual management & auditing of data sets between various payroll source systems
Directly facilitate the end-to-end payroll/HR workstream for the global mobility workforce including core profile, tax equalization & compliance management
Collaborate with Samsung Home Office (South Korea) & North American Subsidiary stakeholders to ensure mobility assignments are initiated & concluded properly
Ensure Samsung company representatives utilize appropriate processing procedures within federal, state & local compliance regulations
Effectively manage relationships within defined SLAs while providing on-going research, resolution, product support & a superior customer experience to workers, HR, accounting, retirement program & benefits administrators, as well as payroll & timekeeping vendors
Act as the Level 3 Customer Experience team for mobility & payroll related inquiries submitted via Service Request ticketing system, phone & other various channels
Evaluate mobility processes & procedural documents for increased efficiencies & opportunities for continuous improvement
Manage leaves of absence & calculation of supplemental benefit payments
Mentor payroll analysts & employee support center representatives to elevate fundamental payroll knowledge
Support reoccurring & ad hoc reporting including production of basic to intermediate reporting to various internal & external stakeholders
Lead various project initiatives & influence results including collection of user requirements for system enhancements & solutions
Deliver business performance reviews & educational presentations to various audiences from front line employees to senior leadership
Sustain periodic & cumulative audit processes for monthly, quarterly & annual activities including (but not limited to) mobility tax credit monitoring

Qualifications:
5+ years of US & CAN work experience in a payroll role, preferably in a 3rd party payroll or shared service environment with specific concentration in global mobility
4+ years in customer service-related field & ability to demonstrate strong customer relationship skills
Experience with top tier payroll & HRIS systems (UltiPro, Dimensions, Workday or similar)
Ability to troubleshoot & resolve requests using pre-defined & creative solutions
Expertly interpret, create & present a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, & diagram or schedule form
Produce measurable results in a collaborative team environment as well as independently to manage time & priorities while achieving defined personal & team goals
