    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to manage and process payroll for our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and provide excellent support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, including salary and hourly.

    • Collaborate with HR and Leaders on time and attendance (missing punched, PTO, accuracy...)

    • Ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, bonuses, and benefits.

    • Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity in payroll systems.

    • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure proper documentation and reporting.

    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, tax forms, and deductions.

    • Prepare and distribute W-2s and other payroll-related documents.

    • Stay current with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and ensure compliance.

    • Assist with audits and reporting as needed.

    • Assist in preparing labor reports.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or related field preferred.

    • 6 years or more in full cycle payroll processing experience required.

    • Strong understanding of payroll practices, labor laws, and tax regulations.

    • Proficiency in payroll software (ADP Workforcenow experience preferred).

    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

    Desired Skills and Qualifications:

    • CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification is a plus.
