Responsibilities:

Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Maintain employee records and update payroll information as needed.

Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries promptly.

Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and finance teams.

Assist in the implementation of payroll systems and software upgrades.

Ensure timely filing of payroll taxes and compliance with labor laws.

Collaborate with HR on employee benefits and deductions.

Support audits and prepare documentation as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role in a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of payroll procedures and regulations.

Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Certification in payroll management is a plus.
