Are you a detail-driven Payroll Tax Analyst with a knack for multi-state compliance and advanced Excel skills? What You'll Do: Join a high-performing payroll team that supports 20,000+ employees across all 50 states. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end payroll tax compliance—from 941/940 filings, to withholding tax, disability & paid leave administration, and reconciliation and reporting across 300+ tax authorities.

Your Strengths:

Advanced Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables, formulas)
Experience in payroll tax across multiple states (e.g., CA, PA, OH)
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Familiarity with forms like 941, 940, W-4
Collaborative, proactive, and responsive team player
Bonus: Experience with SAP Payroll or FPC/CPP certification in progress
