What You’ll Do
Accurately and timely process payroll for all employee groups
Coordinate and administer employee benefits
Review and approve timekeeping data prior to payroll submission
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local wage and hour laws
Maintain payroll, benefits and compliance records
What We’re Looking For
Positive, “can-do” attitude
2-5 years of experience in payroll and/or benefit administration
Experience with payroll systems and timekeeping platforms
Knowledge of TX and NM wage and hour compliance and benefits administration
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Must be 18 years of age
Experience working with HRIS and benefits platforms (ADP), supporting audits or ACA reporting preferred
Bilingual a plus!
