    Job Description

    This role supports the Enterprise division by managing and optimizing payroll operations and employee benefits administration, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal standards including prevailing wage laws and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) requirements. You’ll be responsible for accurate payroll processing, benefits communication, and building efficient systems that enhance the employee experience and maintain audit-ready records.     What You’ll Do

    You’ll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

    • Oversee payroll processing in partnership with ADP, ensuring timely, accurate payments
    • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local wage regulations
    • Implement IRA and MES protocols related to wage and apprenticeship standards
    • Manage prevailing wage reporting and documentation using LCP Tracker
    • Lead day-to-day administration of benefit programs including health, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA/HSA, and retirement
    • Serve as liaison between employees, brokers, and vendors to support benefit enrollment, claims, and eligibility
    • Manage benefits renewals, open enrollment, and compliance with COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, and ERISA
    • Conduct internal audits and prepare reports for clients, auditors, and regulatory agencies
    • Train and supervise payroll and benefits team members
    • Develop and maintain payroll and benefits policies
    • Coordinate employee training and communication around benefit programs and compliance
    • Monitor regulatory updates and recommend process improvements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
    • 5+ years of payroll and benefits experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role
    • Expertise in prevailing wage compliance, IRA standards, and payroll legislation
    • Experience using LCP Tracker and payroll platforms such as ADP
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
    • Ability to communicate complex regulations and processes clearly
    • Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion

    Pay Range

    We believe in paying for the value you bring to the team, and we aim to be competitive in every market we hire in.

    Pay Range: $100,000 – $130,000 per year plus discretionary incentive opportunities
