    At Palmetto Garage Works we are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in the areas of inspection, diagnosis, and repair, utilizing the expertise attained through ASE Certifications and/or years of automotive repair experience.

    Payroll and Human Resources Administrator to help our growing office.

    Job Duties include and are not limited to:

    Processing onboarding documents for new employees

    Processing payroll for 300+ employees on a weekly basis

    Processing deductions for child support, tax levies, garnishments etc

    Working with Excel spreadsheets for each retail location for payroll

    Processing 401K elections

    Coding payroll into Quickbooks 2022 Desktop

    Generating payroll reports weekly

    Keep employee files organized and up to date

    Position Qualifications:

    Experience with payroll processing and human resources

    Ability to identify errors

    Appropriate handling of sensitive information

    Ability to work to deadlines

    Ability to work indecently

    High level of attention to detail

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Strong client relationship management and customer service skills

    Team player with the ability to work with multiple parties

    Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and QuickBooks
