About the Role:
Join Poolwerx Redlands as a Payroll Processor and play a key role in ensuring our team is compensated accurately and on time. We're looking for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to support our mission of delivering exceptional pool care services.
Responsibilities:
Process payroll for all employees in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintain payroll records and ensure proper documentation is collected and stored.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and provide exceptional customer service.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management review.
Assist in the implementation of payroll software updates and enhancements.
Collaborate with HR to support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Requirements:
Proven experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Associate’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
