    Remote-California Peace of Mind Wellness & Family Counseling, Inc., a group private practice in Orange County California, is looking for part-time and/or full-time psychotherapists to join our group practice. We are looking for Telehealth Therapist (Remote) and In-person  Therapist. Requirements include being fully licensed in the State of California, and registered with CAQH. Compensation is percentage-based (55%) and paid out twice a month. Therapists must have a niche(s) (children, couples, trauma, EMDR, family, etc.) and be willing to market themselves to grow their referral base and recognition in the community. Peace of Mind Wellness & Family Counseling, Inc. provides a steady stream of referrals as well. The candidate must be independent, driven, collaborative, and enhance our fun, connected, and positive-minded group of clinicians. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, PH'D) • Unrestricted license (i.e., able to work independently, without supervision, from a licensed supervisor) without current disciplinary action • Experience providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, DBT) • Experience providing video therapy • Experience maintaining a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients/week • Conducting preliminary interviews and documenting cases from the initial consultation to the end of treatment. • Evaluating clients' mental, behavioral, and emotional health. • Developing appropriate intervention and recovery plans for individuals, couples, families, and groups. • Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions. • Complete psychosocial assessment of client needs and available services and develops treatment plans in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team • Provide individual, group, and family therapy using variety of modalities in accordance with professional standards • Complete timely documentation and treatment planning to support authorization of services for client • Participates in and leads care coordination for clients in collaboration with prior/future providers/support system and analyzes weekly outcome measures and associated interventions to prepare clients for lower level of care • Perform all other duties as assigned JOB QUALIFICATIONS • You’re thrilled to provide excellent quality clinical care, by video or in person, to a full caseload of clients • You’re eager to join a rapidly growing business and comfortable with processes that evolve quickly • You possess excellent interpersonal skills, and a willingness to receive feedback • You’re open-minded, non-judgemental, flexible, and have good humor • You show up as your authentic self at work, each day.
