PSR, Inc. is seeking candidates for an Operations Manager position. The Position would be based out of PSR’s Cincinnati office in Richwood, KY
EXPERIENCE: Prior roofing experience is not required, but preferred.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Operations Manager position requires an individual who is looking for an opportunity to apply previous construction and management skills and experiences into a driving an operations team. The individual will be responsible for a variety of recurring and individual duties in the commercial roofing trade. The position will require strong analytical, communication and writing skills with a focus on customer service and problem solving. The position is a very "hands on" position. Position will report to Regional Manager.
ABOUT PSR: PSR, Inc. is a thirty year old privately owned commercial roofing company based out of Atlanta, Georgia with seventeen fully staffed locations nationwide. PSR focuses on private re-roofing projects with single ply and sheet metal installations. PSR is widely recognized as one of the strongest single ply commercial roofing contractors in the country.
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Applicant must be a vocal leader willing to make team decisions and action plans that lead to task implementation and goal achievements in a fast paced environment
Create a strong team culture in which talent is cultivated
Work defined hours and some limited travel
• Develop and maintain relationships and connections with field employees and subcontractors
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues as well as taking responsibility
• Coordinate with customers and facility managers
• Organizational and follow-up skills
• Computer and mobile device skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to access roofs and handle 32ft or greater extension ladders
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required to get involved
