Peacock Properties is growing! We are currently looking to add our newest team member in the role of Administrative Assistant.
Core responsibilities to include:
Answer a high-volume phone line in a consistently calm and friendly demeanor, assisting where you can and directing calls to other departments as needed
Promptly returning calls when voicemails are left
Respond to incoming text messages
Creating tasks in our ticketing system as needed (training provided)
Other administrative duties as assigned
The right candidate will:
Be a people person, able to empathize and stay calm in sometimes urgent situations
Enjoy phone work and have previous experience managing a high volume phone line
“Can-do” approach and an overall positive attitude!
Have strong organizational and time management skills
BASIC ACCOUNTING KNOWLEDGE A PLUS!
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); ability to quickly learn new software used for daily operation
Prior experience handling office responsibilities, experience in customer service, or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
Thrive in a team environment.
