    Job Description

    Our Customer Service Reps do not do any type of selling or collections.  They provide a critical link between our clientele and emergency personnel such as police/fire/medical by responding to incoming alarms.  Another aspect of the job is providing stellar customer service to resolve any issues that arise.

    We provide training with the Monitoring Association where you can earn certification within your first 90 days of employment.  We offer a full benefit package and growth opportunities.

    We have openings on swing shift and graveyard, weekdays, and weekends, part-time and full-time.
