    Classification: Non-Exempt

    Summary:

    The Sales Manager has overall responsibility for all membership sales, lead management, and B2B marketing at Fusion[ATL]. Their primary focus is generating revenue through executing the membership sales process, tracking and engaging prospective customers, building value in training services, and conducting community marketing.

    Position Responsibility:

    Generate membership revenue

    Support fitness coaching and technology programs

    Prospect outreach and engagement

    Generate new prospects through community outreach and referrals

    Execute membership sales process

    Facilitate hand-off to personal trainers

    Uphold and embody Fusion[ATL] culture and philosophies

    Gather content and post for social media platforms

    Required Attributes:

    A well-developed understanding and use of management skills such as recruitment, selection, training and development, coaching, goal setting, performance management, delegation and organization

    Strong motivational, communication, team building and training skills

    High levels of professionalism, honesty, integrity and work ethic

    Superior sense of customer service

    Working knowledge of basic computer software including G Suite

    Willingness to work flexible hours

    Strong time management skills

    Ability to speak in a professional manner to small or large groups in and out of the club

    Ability to promote club programs externally through public relations and reputation management programs

    Comfortable with B2B marketing

    Can identify and execute on current health, fitness and market trends

    Other:

    Mandatory job training will be attended. Conference calls and live sales training will occur weekly.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree (prefer in Business Administration or fitness related field).
