Service Desk Team Evening/Weekend

We are looking for someone who is passionate about building a rapport and making a difference in someone else’s life- whether it’s just for the day or maybe even a lifetime-, acting as the first line of response in customer service, and serving as an ambassador to an entire community.
Greets and welcomes members and guests for check-in
Answers all client questions and incoming phone calls
Ensures front desk area is neat, presentable and equipped with necessary supplies
Responsible for security of self and others
Upholds Peak policies, procedures and principles
Requirements
Basic math skills
Ability to work under pressure when club is busy
Multitasking skills
Must have goodwill, diplomacy and ability to get along with others.
Believes in service with a smile
Enthusiasm on the job
