You’ll connect with the wedding planner, brides and grooms to tackle transportation planning and logistics. Excellent customer service and attention to detail is a must. Responsibilities: Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered • Assist Wedding Coordinator with quoting leads • Potential travel related to "site visits" • Assist with tracking quotes and follow up in a timely manner • Attend various networking events • In addition to assisting the Lead Wedding Coordinator, you would also book corporate travel during the off season, or when needed. Qualifications: Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent Compensation: $31,200 - $33,280 yearly
