We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor based out of our Cranbury, NJ location.  The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for leading our wire-cutting operations.

Position Requirements

• Direct the day-to-day activities of a busy, wire-cutting department.

• Balance staffing needs while fulfilling customer orders.

• Ensure that staff is appropriately trained.

• Communicate status updates throughout the day with other shift managers.

• Motivate employees to meet productivity goals and efficiency goals.

• Ensure that the quality of cuts meets our expected standards.

• Ensure that the warehouse personnel have safe, efficient equipment to perform their functions.

• Recommends equipment requirements and replacements to upgrade and maintain warehouse productivity and efficiency.

• Promote and adhere to warehouse safety programs to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees.

The successful candidate will be a proven leader with distribution center experience.  Strong communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, are required.  The desire to work in an organized, and positive warehouse environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.  
• Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs. 
• Ability to operate computers and/or relevant warehouse computer software.
